Setting Google as default search in address bar appeared to be my problem. Edge would close immediately afterwards launch. Using the below in PowerShell got Edge working once again temporarily,

- Become-AppxPackage *edge* | fl name,*location*
- Navigate to the installation binder (see location from command above)
set-location C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
- Repair the Edge browser
Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register ".\appxmanifest.xml"
Then I inverse the default search engine dorsum to Bing in:
Settings/Avant-garde Settings/Search in the accost bar with/

Not that I really need border as I don't fifty-fifty use information technology...simply since that was not working and the calculator was (still isnt) working (but I'll try to apply the same solution for that app is possible), I actually thought that some Win 10 update has screwed that up.
What solved the estimator issue, in case someone might need it, was to execute wsreset as administrator, otherwise no luck. This fixed the whole store and then fifty-fifty other apps were and so downloadable.

Honestly the upshot fixed itself, with Border; now it's MS Store to crash fifty-fifty if I do "wsreset" equally admin every fourth dimension, but since I never use it information technology'southward ok for me.

Seems I've been fighting this "MS Edge Closes" for over a year with older profiles, new profiles don't seem to have the problem. Anyway, this is the REG fix above, volition some added info.
This REG set does work if the Current User (Domain Users in my case) already has local Admin rights. For my normal Domain Users (No Local Admin rights), I had to give them local Admin rights, Add the REG above, information technology'southward stock-still, and so remove Local Admin rights, Bam;) however works.

I also faced the aforementioned problem.
Now i have cleared that problem.
Problem reason: May be improper treatment of spider web page parser (Addition, Cookies, Flash-player etc. )
attempt following steps
step1: Effort to open your Edge-browser in private browsing mode
if it is opened
step2: go to carte>settings>articulate browsing data>choose what to clear>bank check all and >manage permissions > clear all <then go 1 step back >now click clear all
step3:now open your browser in normal mode
if information technology is working and so practiced
if its not opened
or
if not working
step4: check for latest update and fixes
